We’re so confident that you’ll be delighted with your purchase from estetics that we offer the following guarantee:
The Distance Selling Regulations give you the right to cancel an order within seven working days. If you do decide to cancel, then you should put this in writing, by letter, fax or email.

Please include your details and the reason for the return and ensure that any returned goods are properly packaged to avoid breakages. It is advisable to obtain proof of postage.
We will refund your purchase within seven working days of receiving the goods. If the goods are being returned because they were incorrectly supplied, then we will also refund the postage and packaging costs. In this case we will send you a Postage Paid Returns Label.

Gift Wrapping
We can present your gift in a stylish gift bag. This service is available for only £1.95 extra per order, which includes gift tag and message.
In the Shopping Basket tick the Luxury Gift wrapping option and then click Update basket.
Enter any gift tag message on the checkout page. Please also indicate here if you would like your entire order wrapped or just one particular item – if just one please specify which item.
You may want to send the gift to a different address. This may also be done at checkout.
Payment
We accept VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, American Express, Delta, Maestro, Switch and Solo. Enter your card details, and remember to only press ‘process order‘
once – it may take a little while for your credit card to validate via our secure server.
